The week you actually have

Before you add another goal, see what your week can hold.

Work. Care. Rest. Errands. They use time before your goals get a say.

You do not need more pressure. You need a clear view of the space that is left, and a plan that respects it.

How it works

A plan that begins
with real life.

There is no perfect week to wait for. SuperWeek helps you make a useful one from the time you already have.

  1. 01

Start with what is already there.

Add the things that already take your time. The plan gets honest before it gets ambitious.

  2. 02

    Choose one thing to move.

Turn a goal into a clear result, a date, and a few actions that fit around the rest of your life.

  3. 03

Keep the promise small enough to keep.

See the next move, make changes when life changes, and build progress without starting over.

01 · Today

Start with the day you have.

When the day is busy, a long list makes everything feel heavier. SuperWeek puts the next useful move in front of you, with space for the rest of the day too.

One clear next step can be enough to begin.

02 · Work

Make the next thing visible.

Your attention is limited. A quieter list helps you see what matters now, what can wait, and what is already done.

Progress is easier to feel when it has a place to land.

03 · Manage Goals

Give the goal a shape.

A goal becomes less intimidating when it has a result, a date, and a next step. SuperWeek helps you turn “someday” into something you can begin this week.

The point is not to do everything. It is to know what deserves a place.

04 · Screen time block

Protect the time you need.

A screen time block keeps the hours you need visible. Some time is for the goal. Some time is for recovery, people, or doing nothing at all. Keeping that time visible makes the whole plan kinder.

Rest is part of a week that works.

05 · You

Look back without judging yourself.

A plan is not a test you pass or fail. Use the view of your week to notice what helped, what got in the way, and what to change next.

A better week is built from what you learn.

The useful truth

You do not need a bigger life plan.
You need a plan that fits this life.

SuperWeek is for the goals you care about and the week you are already carrying. Start small. See clearly. Keep moving.

Questions

Asked and answered plainly.

If you are still unsure, send us a note.

What is SuperWeek?

SuperWeek helps you turn one important goal into a clear plan. It starts with the week you actually have, then helps you choose practical actions and a timeline you can live with.

How is SuperWeek different from a to-do list?

A to-do list collects tasks. SuperWeek first asks whether your week has room for them, so you can make a smaller, more honest plan before the week gets busy.

How does SuperWeek use my real week?

You add the time already taken by work, sleep, travel, care, chores, and other commitments. SuperWeek uses that picture to help you decide what can fit.

What happens when plans change?

You can change the plan and keep moving. A difficult day is information, not a reason to start over.

What kind of goals work best?

Goals with a clear result and a date work best: saving money, finishing a course, preparing for a race, making time for health, or protecting calmer evenings.

Is my information private?

You can start without an account. Your in-app answers about your time and goals are kept private, and you can change or delete them whenever you want. The separate Contributor Program application collects an email and other answers through YouForm. See the Privacy Policy for details.
