Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of SuperWeek’s app and website. By creating or using a SuperWeek account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

iOS license

For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the license for the app. These Terms are additional service terms for SuperWeek; if the Standard EULA gives you a non-waivable right, it controls for that right.

The service

SuperWeek provides personal goal-planning, scheduling, and progress tools. The service may change over time, and some features may require a paid subscription.

Contributor Program

The SuperWeek Contributor Program is a separate invitation. We may select up to 100 applicants at our discretion based on the answers they submit. Selected contributors receive one year of SuperWeek Premium and may be invited to a private community or conversations with the founder, subject to the invitation details we send them. Applying does not guarantee selection, and the Premium benefit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Eligibility and your account

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are not, use SuperWeek only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping access to your device secure. Do not use SuperWeek to violate law or another person’s rights.

Your content

You retain your rights in the goals, schedules, and other content you submit. You give SuperWeek permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide and maintain the service in line with the Privacy Policy.

AI processing

An available AI planning feature requires your explicit permission before the selected brief is sent to OpenRouter using OpenAI models. Version 1.1 supports manual planning without that permission. Earlier versions may require permission to use their AI-dependent planning journey. You can withdraw AI permission in Settings to stop future requests. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed and managed by Apple through the App Store. Charges, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing support are subject to Apple’s terms and your App Store account settings. Deleting your SuperWeek account does not itself cancel an active App Store subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse SuperWeek; interfere with its operation; attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization; reverse engineer the service except where law permits it; introduce harmful code; or use the service to harm, harass, deceive, or violate law.

Availability and disclaimer

SuperWeek is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate service. To the extent permitted by law, SuperWeek disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may suspend or end access if use violates these Terms, threatens the service, or is required by law. You may stop using SuperWeek at any time and may permanently delete your account through the in-app deletion flow. The Privacy Policy explains how account data is handled after deletion.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable law changes. When required, we may ask you to accept a material update in the app. The current version and its last-updated date are published on this page. For questions about these Terms, use the SuperWeek support form.
