Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SuperWeek handles information when you use the app or this website. By using SuperWeek, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Information we collect

SuperWeek 1.1 keeps setup on your device until you sign in with Apple after purchasing or restoring a membership. SuperWeek 1.2 adds an optional, App Tracking Transparency-gated advertising-measurement path after paid setup. Earlier versions may have created a guest account. We collect the information needed to provide the planning service, including:

• account and device identifiers, including guest-account identifiers from earlier versions;
• the name or nickname you choose to provide;
• goals, life-context answers, work and sleep patterns, commitments, available time, priorities, plans, actions, and progress you enter or create; and
• support requests you send through the in-app or web support form. The in-app form can be submitted without a reply email; the web form requires a reply email only to send an automated receipt; and
• Contributor Program applications submitted through YouForm, including your name, email address, and the answers you choose to share about your week and how you would help improve SuperWeek.

When you use Sign in with Apple, we use a private account identifier to protect and recover your account. If you purchase a subscription, Apple and RevenueCat process purchase, entitlement and paywall-interaction information so that SuperWeek can provide and measure the access you bought. SuperWeek does not receive your full payment-card number.

How we use information

We use your information to operate the app, create and save your plans, provide support, protect the service, maintain your account, and comply with law. SuperWeek is ad-free. Its optional advertising-measurement path is described below, and your planning content is not used for that purpose.

AI processing

AI processing requires your explicit permission. Before sending your selected brief to OpenRouter using OpenAI models, SuperWeek explains the information to be processed and asks for your explicit permission. Your name and account or device identifiers are excluded from that brief. Version 1.1 supports manual planning without AI permission; an unavailable AI feature sends no brief. Earlier versions may require AI permission for their AI-dependent planning journey.

You can withdraw AI permission in Settings. Withdrawal stops future AI requests; it does not undo processing you previously requested.

Optional usage analytics

In versions that offer usage analytics, an unchecked choice on name entry or an explicit choice in Settings controls whether SuperWeek sends content-free interaction events to PostHog EU Cloud. These events help us understand onboarding drop-offs, engagement and membership screens. They use a random installation identifier that is separate from your account, Apple and purchase identifiers.

We do not send your name, goal text, answers, Screen Time selections or advertising identifier to PostHog. Session replay, person profiles, automatic screen capture and location enrichment are disabled. We do not share these analytics with advertisers or use them to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. PostHog processes the events to provide our analytics service.

Analytics is optional and can be turned off in Settings without losing app features. Turning it off stops new collection and removes queued analytics and the local analytics identifier. It does not delete reports that were already received. For a question about previously collected data, contact us through Support.

Optional advertising measurement in SuperWeek 1.2

If you allow Apple's App Tracking Transparency request, SuperWeek may share your device advertising identifier, Meta's anonymous app identifier, and limited app activation information with Meta to measure which ads lead to installs and activation. For eligible paid membership events, RevenueCat may send subscription event metadata and permitted device or account attribution identifiers to Meta for subscription advertising measurement.

We do not send your goals, routines, personal notes, Ember conversations, Screen Time selections, or health and fitness content to Meta for this purpose. This choice is separate from optional PostHog usage analytics. PostHog uses a separate random installation identifier and content-free interaction events after your analytics choice; it is not a Meta advertising path.

Apple also provides privacy-preserving install measurement. Apple may send delayed, limited aggregate attribution reports to an ad network without sharing a user-level advertising identifier. This measurement does not depend on granting optional tracking permission.

If you choose Don't Allow, or later turn tracking off, SuperWeek does not activate Meta tracking or share new advertising identifiers. Apple purchase, restore, entitlement checks, and the app continue under their normal requirements. If you grant permission after paying, that permission cannot retroactively attach or backfill the initial purchase event to a Meta campaign; it affects only later attribution processing. When permission is revoked, SuperWeek stops future attribution and clears the attribution identifiers it controls. Providers may retain data already received under their own policies.

Notifications, Screen Time and widgets

If you enable notifications, OneSignal uses a private account alias, push subscription identifiers and delivery/session interactions to route and measure reminders. Notification routing excludes goal and routine text. You can change notification permission in iPhone Settings.

Screen Time access is optional. App selections and activity reports use Apple’s Screen Time frameworks on your device; we do not send selected app lists or private activity reports to analytics or advertising providers. Widgets and Focus Live Activities use shared on-device app data to show your tasks, routines and progress.

How information is shared

We share information with service providers for the purposes described above: Apple for sign-in, App Store purchases and device services; RevenueCat for subscription entitlements, paywall measurement and, after authorized ATT in SuperWeek 1.2, permitted subscription attribution forwarding; Meta for the optional SuperWeek 1.2 advertising-measurement path; PostHog EU for optional usage analytics; OneSignal for optional notification delivery and measurement; YouForm for Contributor Program applications; and, after explicit AI permission where the feature is available, OpenRouter and OpenAI. We also use hosting and storage processors to run and store the service, including Cloudflare for delivery, security and recovery backups. For the web support form, Resend sends one automated receipt to the required reply email; an in-app reply email is optional and receives that same automated receipt if provided.

We require our service processors to handle information only under our documented instructions and applicable contracts. The optional Meta advertising-measurement path operates under Meta's applicable terms and privacy policy. We do not authorize service processors to use your SuperWeek content for their own advertising or unrelated purposes.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or security of SuperWeek or others, or as part of a business transfer where permitted by law.

Retention, export, and deletion

We keep account information while your account is active and for the period needed to provide the service, protect against abuse, and meet legal obligations. Support submissions are retained for 90 days. Contributor Program applications are kept for the selection and program-administration period, then deleted when they are no longer needed for those purposes unless a longer period is required by law or you agree to another use. The deletion-continuation and status record is retained for up to 31 days so a deletion can be monitored and completed. Recovery backups are scheduled to expire after seven days; recently deleted data may remain in those backups until they expire.

For a portable copy of your information, contact us through Support. You can permanently delete your SuperWeek account in Settings; deletion removes the account data covered by the deletion flow. Apple may retain purchase records as required for its App Store services.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please use SuperWeek only with that understanding.

Children

SuperWeek is not directed to children who are not legally able to agree to these terms of use. Do not provide a child’s information without the permission required in your location.

Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as SuperWeek changes. When required, we may ask you to acknowledge a material update in the app. The current version and its last-updated date are always published on this page.
